1. Browser can't find a DNS entry for "mail."
The most frequent cause of this problem is misconfiguration of your web browser. If you are in Netscape, go to the options menu and select "Mail and News Preferences." Under the tab "Servers", make sure that the proper extension is in the blank for "Outgoing Mail 'SMTP' server". For example, if you are an OSU student or faculty, this should read "email.okstate.edu". After filling this in, resubmit the form.
2. Email address is invalid!
The cause of this error is either an invalid email address or no email address at all. A valid email address should read something like "someone@something.ext(3 letter extension)" Make sure the "@" symbol is included in the address, this is part of what the validator checks for. If you have no email address, type in "guest@noemail.com".
3. Name is invalid!
This almost always means no name was included. The script makes sure a name is included, because it uses this name in the return address.
